Herefordshire has issued another ‘Call for Sites’

Following on from last Febuarys Call for Sites, Herefordshire Council has recently issued another county-wide 'Call for Sites' as they prepare a Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (HELAA) looking to bring forward land with development potential to deliver future housing in Herefordshire.

We are looking to work with landowners to help promote their sites through planning at our cost and risk and share in the significant uplift if planning is granted.

The deadline for submissions to the LPA is the 14th September 2020.
