We are actively seeking new opportunities in the Three Counties and Shropshire (Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire) to develop with new liquid investors, landowners and existing JV partners.
We pay successful fees on completion of any sites that are introduced.
Locations: The Three Counties and Shropshire
Sites: Any of the following is suitable for residential or mixed-use developments, delivering over 25% profit on cost:
·Land
·Vacant/derelict property
·Commercial
·Permitted Development Rights
·Brownfield and Land Assembly sites
·Airspace opportunities above residential/commercial
Budget: £5m equity but will look at sites greater with our investors equity
Finance: Secured cash funding
Planning: With or Without planning consent
Market Status: We only bid on off market sites
Sellers: We will only deal directly with the owners or mandated parties
We welcome land or property owners to contact and consult with Hugh directly to discuss how sites can be optomised to create the greatest value, either as an outright purchase or Joint Venture through a collaborative approach.
