We are looking to build relationships with planning consultants who might have access to potential development sites across the Three Counties that may require input from a developer to help take forward to ensure they are retained on the planning and submission work.
We are looking to hear from planners who have been approached by landowners who:
·Have a parcel of land or building but don’t know how best to take it forward and what to do with it.
· Have land or a building which has development potential and are just looking to just sell without planning on and want to be retained on the planning work.
· Understand that gaining planning would increase the value of their land but don’t have the money to pay for the planning application and is looking for a developer partner to help.
As principle developers, we can help to ensure you are retained on the planning and submission work by:
· Purchasing the land from the landowner and retaining the planners for all planning and submission work.
· Providing the risk capital and planning equity as a JV with the landowner to increase the value of the land and share in the uplift and either buy the land with planning or
· Provide the equity and track record to take the scheme through construction and deliver the completion units so fully maximise the value of the land on behalf of the landowner, again sharing in the significant uplift once all units are sold.
