Marches Homes have been appointed by the landowners as the prefered promoter to promote this site through the stages of the emerging South Worcester Development Plan (SWDP) with a view to eventually getting the site allocated for residential development. The site is just under 5 acres and is located in the stunning village of Hanley Swan in Worcestershire. Marches Homes will be promoting the site along with RCA Regeneration as the chosen planning consultants.
Marches Homes have recently submitted a pre-application on the site and are currently awaiting feedback from the LPA.
