Marches Homes are currently structuring a number of deals with landowners where we are acting as the funding and delivery partner and the landowner is providing the site in return for a profit split.

• We will utilise ours and our partner's experience and track record to deliver the scheme with minimal input from the freeholder for maximum value.

• Our focus is on the Three Counties and Shropshire but will consider sites throughout the rest of the Midlands.

Must be suitable for residential or mixed-use developments:
• Land
• Brownfield sites
• Vacant/derelict property
• Commercial buildings with redevelopment potential
• Office to Residential - Permitted Development(if under 1500 sqm)
