Marches Homes Agree Land Promotion for Hanley Swan Site

We are delighted to announce that Marches Homes has been appointed as the preferred land promoter for a 5 acre site within Hanley Swan in Worcestershire. The site will be promoted through the last stages of the emerging South Worcester Development Plan (SWDP) which is currently at Regulation 19 stage with a view to eventually getting the site allocated within the SWDP for residential housing. If allocated, the site will provide somewhere between 40-50 houses. We are delighted to be working with RCA Regeneration on the promotion and eventual planning on the site.
